I called Barefoot Decks because the band on my composite deck had warped. Robert, Jerry, and Chris came out to my house and diagnosed the issue right away. They had the band removed and back on the trailer in record time, and told me they would take it back to the shop and see if they could fix it properly there. Danny called me from the shop and told me that the band couldn't be salvaged, and also that the company who makes my composite doesn't make boards in my color anymore, so he would have to pick me a replacement that might look a little different. I really appreciate his concern and attention to detail, but he needn't have worried, because the color he picked blends so well with the old one that you can't tell the difference. The crew came back the same afternoon with the new band, and had everything installed correctly in just over an hour. They were quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough; everything you want in a professional you invite to your house.

I had a fantastic experience with Barefoot Decks. My deck was 25 years old and in terrible shape, and they built a deck I will enjoy for years to come. The sales person Jeremy was very kind and patient with us as we decided what type of deck we wanted. The project manager Danny explained everything to us every step of the way and was very easy to get in touch with. The build crew Chase, Jake, and Austin did a great job with the tear down and rebuild. I will definitely recommend Barefoot Decks to my friends and family.

Spending the money to replace my deck was not high on my list of fun things to do, but a door 14 feet off the ground to nowhere or an unsafe deck were not fun ideas either, so off I went. After collecting some quotes, all within a similar price range, I settled on Barefoot, mainly because the structure of the deal was very fair, the proposal of what to be done seemed to be the most complete and solid, and Danny Ostrander, job foreman, quickly reinforced my thought that I had made the right decision with his timely and complete communication, and his thorough explanation of how the job was going to be done and over what time period. A deck 14 feet up is a bit more difficult than most, but the crew of Danny (different Danny) Matt and Cody got after it in a big way, despite the horrible July heat and humidity, and a deck that faces west into the sun all day. They were professional, polite, and very patient to answer any and all questions I had along the way. They finished the deck faster than I expected, and what a deck! I believe I could drive my F-150 onto it and be just fine, it is reinforced and secured even more so than I had thought it would be - and it looks GREAT. These guys are THE deck people, I highly recommend them, and while I am confident they have many good deck builders, I would be sure to ask for Danny, Matt and Cody! We had our existing screen porch replaced and enlarged (doubled). Barefoot Decks guided us in the design and implemented the construction promptly. We had a quote in two days. There was no comparison to the quality of products and construction from our previous 3 year old porch. We knew all the crew on a first name basis, and all were so polite and professional. They stayed on top of all issues, keeping us up to date on each building phase. We love our new porch and feel we have top quality materials and construction. We highly recommend them.

The crew that built our back deck and replaced our front porch railings did a dynamite job! Cody, Danny and Matt were at our home every single day for a week and busted their butts in the heat. Their work is impeccable. They were there by 8am and worked until 4pm or later. These guys listened to anything that we wanted done and made it happen pronto! They may not be the least expensive, but if you want it done right the first time, this is the company to use. I cannot say enough good things about this company. You will not be disappointed.
